ADP on Showing Up With Professional Advocacy for Women

ADP ranked No. 15 on the Fair360 2023 Top 50 Companies for Diversity list.

ADP shared ways to show up with professional advocacy for women during its Women@Work 2023 “Access, Advocacy and Self-Actualization” panel.

The session, moderated by Laura Brown, President of Major Account Services and ADP Canada, featured a discussion with successful women leaders and entrepreneurs on how leaders can best support professional development and how women can foster empowerment in the workplace.

The panelists discussed key strategies for supporting women in the workplace, including:

  1. Creating opportunities and access for women
  2. Understanding various forms of allyship
  3. Encouraging self-advocacy for personal growth
  4. Making professional advocacy a daily commitment

“More than ever today, employees are expecting their leaders to promote inclusion to support their career development and support their overall well-being,” Brown said.
