About Us

Enhancing the Impact of Workplace Fairness With Data

Our Story

Founded in 1997, Fair360’s mission is to educate the workforce and bring clarity to the business benefits of workplace fairness. We have evolved to be the preeminent source of human capital data, education and advice.

The Top 50 Companies for Diversity survey began in 2001 as many corporations were beginning to understand the business value of diversity management initiatives. Today, we provide strategic advisory services to support organizations on their talent development, assessment and leadership training journeys.

Our media ecosystem includes our Job Board as well as a host of articles and videos on the Fair360 website.

Fair360 is a VA-certified and veteran-owned business. We are also certified by Disability:IN and led by a Black woman CEO.

Our Mission

Through a focus on human capital metrics, leadership accountability, talent development programs and best practices for fairness, our mission is to provide companies with insights they need to drive their workforce strategy forward using data and best practices. Through custom predictive and prescriptive reports, we are able to provide talent acquisition and retention goals based on current organizational qualities as well as historical trends of representation within the organization.

Our Vision

Fair360 strives to be the most trusted, data-driven source of knowledge and guidance on how to manage the 21st-century workforce and workplace. Our annual Top 50 survey positions us to achieve this vision by gathering more than 9,000 fields of data to offer a comprehensive and comparative overview of the workforce and top four levels of management across the different dimensions of inclusive practices, including gender, ethnicity, orientation, age, disabilities and military status.

The DiversityInc Foundation

The DiversityInc Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization launched by Luke Visconti in 2006. The Foundation’s mission is to support and fund higher education. We have endowed scholarships at three schools: Bennett College for Women (an HBCU), New Jersey City University (a Hispanic-serving institution and minority-serving institution) and Rutgers University. The Foundation raises money through Visconti and Johnson’s speaking fees and direct donations from Fair360. The foundation has no administrative overhead (donated by Fair360) and no one draws a salary from it. We have distributed more than $2 million since 2006. In the last few years, Fair360 has donated more than 4% of its gross revenue to charity.

Ownership

Fair360, LLC is privately owned by Luke Visconti, with no outside investors. Fair360 is a VA certified veteran-owned business and a Disability:IN certified business owned by a person with a disability.
